Master Data Management
Master Data Management (MDM) encompasses the processes, governance, tools and standards that are involved in centralizing any amount of non-transactional data into one system. This creates only one master copy of the data item which is then synchronized to all applications using the data. The mastered data can include reference data as well as analytical data.
Master Data Management tools supports MDM by standardizing the data, removing duplicates and incorporating rules and best practices to eliminate incorrect data from entering the system. Data Governance involves defining how the data should look and identifying errors and Data Stewardship involves understanding the data from the business side and correcting errors.

A SCRUM team typically consists of a SCRUM Master, Product Owner and Team members.

We take proactive monitoring and corrective steps to prevent issues like not meeting SLA’s (Service Level Agreements). We also develop automated scripts and build checkpoints into the job stream to minimize our monitoring efforts. This helps to avoid wasted time and conflict caused down the line by issue resolution ticket volume. Pacific ERP develops our own standard operating procedures (SOP’s) which ensures that maintenance and support is carried out in a planned and ordered manner. Our SOP’s standardize the processes and provide instructions that enable each support team member to perform tasks consistently across the data landscape.
